The Industrial 24-Inch Dust-Free DTF Powder Shaker & Dryer combines powder application, excess-powder recovery, heat curing, cooling and film take-up in one continuous roll-to-roll unit. It is designed for commercial 60 cm DTF production lines and four-head printer configurations.

Applications

Suitable for producing DTF transfers for T-shirts, hoodies, caps, tote bags, backpacks, aprons, pillows, mouse pads and other compatible textile or promotional products.

Typical Workflow

1. Print the image and white layer onto DTF PET film.
2. Feed the wet printed film into the powder shaker.
3. Apply TPU powder and recover the excess.
4. Cure, cool and collect the finished transfer film.
5. Heat-press the cured transfer onto the final item.
